What are Couples Counseling sessions like?

Couples Counseling is a collaborative and compassionate process where both partners are invited to explore patterns that keep them stuck and discover new ways of relating. Repeated conflicts or misunderstands aren't a sign of failure - they often reflect patterns that have developed over time and can be changed with awareness and support.

In therapy, we slow things down. We look at what happens during difficult moments, what each partner is feeling under the surface, and how those patterns can shift. The goal isn't to "win" arguments. It's to create emotional safety, clearer communication, and a stronger foundation moving forward.

Benefits of Couples Counseling
